TRAVEL & COST

Flights are not included in the cost. The most convenient airport is Toulouse which has flights from London (Gatwick & Heathrow), Birmingham, Southampton, Bristol and Dublin.

Every guest will be greeted at the airport and transfer to and from Toulouse airport is included in the cost.

Rodez airport with flights from Stansted is also within easy distance from us but airport transfer is only practical if you hire a car.

COST

Six nights board, all meals and beverage and tuition £695.00
Special 10% reduction if you book before 31st December 2009. (This makes the cost £625.50 the saving could pay for your flight).
25% deposit payable on booking.

INSURANCE

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance and to bring with you your E111.

GROUP SIZE

The minimum group number is 4 and the maximum is eight. If you have paid your deposit and the Retreat is cancelled due to lack of numbers we will refund all your money. Please do not book your flight until we confirm that the Retreat is going ahead.
